2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use qris4d services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

To access qris4d services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to:

• Create only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, and accounts shared with other persons are strictly prohibited.
• Provide truthful and verifiable information. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate account termination.
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a clear photograph of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address, and a recent selfie holding your ID when requested.
• Keep your account credentials (username, password, security questions) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account.
• Notify qris4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following categories of individuals are prohibited from using qris4d services:

• Persons under 21 years of age or below the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted by law.
• Current or former employees of qris4d, their immediate family members, and business affiliates.
• Persons with a history of fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or terms violations on any online gaming platform.
• Individuals who have previously self-excluded from qris4d or requested permanent account closure for problem gambling reasons.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qris4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods, processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bronze and Silver VIP tiers: up to 24 hours during business days
• Gold VIP tier: up to 12 hours
• Platinum VIP tier: up to 4 hours
• Diamond and Black Diamond VIP tiers: up to 1 hour (express processing)

Processing times refer to qris4d's internal approval duration. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing schedule. Withdrawals requested outside business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB) will be processed on the next business day.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

qris4d reserves the right to:

• Delay or reject withdrawal requests pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations.
• Require customers to wager their deposit amount at least one (1) time before withdrawal approval to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on qris4d are provided by internationally licensed third-party software providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently tested and certified for fairness. qris4d does not manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are determined by game providers and displayed on game information screens where applicable.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with qris4d services is to discontinue use and close your Account.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

qris4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.
• Submission of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious betting patterns indicative of match-fixing, syndicate betting, or other irregular activity.

• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to dormancy fees.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward qris4d staff or other Users.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to verification and approval.

10. Intellectual Property
